FREE's circumcision program arranged over 13,000 Brisin to date. Those that underwent a circumcision and their family members, would have the opportunity to visit the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson on the Sunday following the Bris. Each Sunday the Rebbe would hand out a crisp dollar bill to enable everyone the opportunity to observe the Mitzvah of charity.
